Returns Policy
We’re so sure you’ll love our nootropics products that we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for our customers. If, after daily use of your nootropics as directed on the label, you’re not satisfied with the product or results, simply send us an email, and we’ll make it right. You have 60 days from the date the product was sent to request a return.
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, all you need to do is get in touch with our customer service team and they’ll do their best to make it right, every time.
To ensure your satisfaction, we have made it easy to return product for a refund, exchange product or receive an "In House Credit".
The guarantee applies for all first time purchasers of an initial order of product, It does not apply to an individual's additional product orders placed after an initial order. Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household.
To qualify you must return to us all product and containers and the receipt you will have received with your order back to our specified location. Please email hello (at) simplynootropics.com. Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a whole container and assess your results. Please note this excludes bundle products, and we will only accept returns from purchases made on www.simplynootropics.com.au Our refund does not apply to in-store or third party sellers, you must contact their customer service department.

- Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of the order date. This gives you time to use our product and assess your results properly
- You must supply your full name, address and order number
- You must supply a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition and confirm if any products are unopened and in their original condition.
- You must use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery. We cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail. You must send the products to our Australian warehouse where we ship our global products from.
- Return the empty and unused portion of your product, along with the original invoice (place it inside the box) to ensure proper handling.
- Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note your guarantee comes into effect on the day your product is shipped from our fulfilment centre and expires 60 days after the shipped date.

- Instead of an exchange, An In House Credit is a credit held on your account to be applied towards a future purchase of your choice.
- We’ll give you full store credit for the amount you paid, plus a $5 bonus that you can use on something else.
- In House Credits can be redeemed on our online store. Please email customer service if you need help to to apply your In House Credits to your new order.
- In House Credits can be applied towards newly launched products.
- In House Credits do not cover shipping costs or sales tax.
- In House Credits must be redeemed within 1 year of date of issue.
- All In House Credits are final which includes returning the product for a financial refund and orders that are redeemed using an In House Credit.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. To request a refund or replacement:
Contact Us: Email us at hello@simplynootropics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide Documentation: Include your full name, order number, and clear photos of the damaged or faulty item(s) and the packaging.
Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will either replace the item (if available) or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Unopened Products (14-Day Withdrawal Period)
In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you may request a refund for unopened and sealed products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To process your request:

Provide Evidence: Send us a photo of the product before returning it.
Return the Product: Ship the product back to our Australian warehouse using a tracked service and provide the tracking details to us.
Condition: The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or Unsealed Products: Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products are not eligible for refunds.
Perishable Items: Products prone to rapid deterioration are also excluded from refunds.
Please ensure that your purchase complies with your country’s local regulations. Simply Nootropics is not responsible for:
Delays, confiscations, or rejections by customs authorities.
Orders returned due to the lack of required permits or because the item is restricted in your country.
If an order is returned by customs or abandoned for any reason, including non-compliance with local regulations:
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees and associated charges will not be refunded.
Product Refunds: Refunds for product costs will only be issued if the product is returned unopened and in its original condition.

Customs and Import Risks:
Simply Nootropics is not responsible for delays, confiscations, or rejections by customs authorities in the destination country. Customers are advised to confirm that their purchase complies with local regulations and can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions to avoid such issues.
If for any reason your package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order, will not be included with your refund.
Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason — including lack of import permits, prescriptions, or because the item is banned by your country WILL NOT be refunded.
