At Simply Nootropics, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process for orders placed within Europe.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Order Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
  • Dispatch Timelines: While we strive for next-day dispatch, please note that processing times may vary during busy periods.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days across Europe.
    • Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Important Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to courier schedules and external factors. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

DHL Shipping (4–7 Business Days):

  • Orders under €179.99: €9.99 - €24.99 (based on weight)
  • Orders €180.00 and above: Free DHL Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

  • Track Online: Use the tracking link provided in the email or enter your tracking number into the DHL tracking portal for real-time updates.

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Receiving Your Order: Please ensure someone is available to receive or collect your order at the delivery address. If you are not available, a “card to collect/call” may be issued by the courier.
  • Returned Orders: If your order is returned to us due to an inability to deliver (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed at the collection point):
    • Re-shipping Charges: You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
    • Non-NZ Deliveries: We regret that we cannot resend products free of charge for orders outside of New Zealand.

Customs and Duties

For European customers, duties and taxes are typically included at checkout. However, Simply Nootropics is not responsible for any additional fees or delays caused by customs clearance. Please ensure compliance with local regulations in your country.

Shipping Exceptions

  • Public Holidays: Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Rural Deliveries: Additional delivery time may apply for rural or remote addresses.
